Last MOT 2020

This gorgeous E-Type was built in December 1961 and in January 1962 it was exported to New-York. In July 1962 the Jaguar was registered to its first owner in Beverly Hills California (where else!). Unfortunately no history of the car is available up to 2009, except for the fact that the E-Type received a colour change from Opalescent Gun Metal with a red leather interior to the current red with black. The (matching numbers) engine and the Moss gearbox were both overhauled in 2010. A copy of the JDHT certificate is available. In 2011 the car was imported into Switzerland and after further extensive mechanical work was registered and MOT’d in Zurich for the first time in March 2012. This much sought-after Flat Floor E-Type (the holy grail of E-Types really) is in excellent condition and, with its newly overhauled carburettors drives perfectly. It has passed a Veteran MOT in January 2020.
