14:00 Official start of the event in Bevagna (car park in largo Antonio Gramsci*): village tour and guided tour of the medieval paper mill and the Roman Theatre

18:30 Spoleto: dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Clitunno

Saturday october 25, 2025

9:00 Spoleto: car park in piazza Pianciani* and ascent by escalator to the Albornozian Fortress. Guided tour of the Cathedral and free walk through the city

13:00 Fonti del Clitunno: "Reinforced" aperitif at Hosteria Flamingo

14:30 Departure for Assisi: guided visit to the Papal Basilica and free time in town

18:30 Departure for Gubbio: dinner at Conte Fabiani restaurant and overnight stay at Hotel San Marco

Sunday october 26, 2025

9:30 Free visit to the historical centre of Gubbio and the Palazzo dei Consoli

13:00 Light lunch at the Hotel San Marco restaurant

15:00 Greetings and end of event

Note: the Friday meeting at the Borgese Winery, including wine tasting, is kindly offered by club member and councillor Massimo Borgese, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks.

The registration fee includes:

lunches and dinners, Friday evening to Sunday lunch
Overnight stays on Friday and Saturday
Entrance tickets for museums, palaces and guided tours
Public ground occupation and parking costs (where possible)
Souvenir gadgets of the event

The fee does not include anything not expressly indicated and the cost of public parking in Assisi (2 €/hour)
